New Build Construction Cleaning

For many years Pristine (NW) Ltd have been the approved cleaner for 2 of the country’s leading builders (references available if required). A cleaning programme can be set up to suit your needs whether it’s a large site with a national builder or a small independent construction company working on one project.

Usually cleaning is on a 3 stage process as detailed below but we can tailor to suit your individual requirements.

Initial Clean

• De tape & clean Interior/Exterior windows inc frames
• all sockets, switches
• light fittings cleaned
• kitchen cleaned to include all worktops inside and on top of cupboards
• bathrooms and toilets - remove all protective coverings from sanitary ware and clean:
• potteries
• wall tiles
• toilet and re-seal
• All floor space brushed and light debris removed and disposed of in the correct skips.

Re Clean

• All sockets
• switches
• light fittings re cleaned
• kitchen re cleaned to include all worktops inside and on top of cupboards also dress worktops and stainless steal
• bathrooms and toilets re cleaned
• sanitary ware re cleaned to include:
• potteries
• wall tiles
• toilet and re-seal
• and air fresh
• All floor space, stairs, skirting boards tops of doors and general fixtures and fittings vacuumed then damp wiped.
• Usually re cleaned just before CML

Final Sparkle Clean

• All sockets
• switches
• light fittings sparkled
• kitchen sparkled to include all worktops inside and on top of cupboards also sparkle anddress worktops and stainless steal
• bathrooms and toilets sparkled
• sanitary ware sparkled to include potteries:
• potteries
• wall tiles
• toilet and re-seal
• and air fresh
• All floor space, stairs, skirting boards tops of doors and general fixtures and fittings vacuumed then damp wiped.
• If carpets and/or cushion floor have been fitted they will be vacuumed and/or mopped.
• Interior and exterior windows will be sparkled.
• That attention to finer detail before client moves in
• an air freshener is also supplied.
