About Pristine (NW) Ltd,

Pristine was established in 1992 and since then we have grown to having over 100 clients. We currently employ 35 staff, are a member of the federation of window cleaners and work to their safety guidelines.

Pristine (NW) Ltd are fully insured with public and employee insurance of up to £10 Million.

Our insurance company are always kept up to date of any new business we win, making sure are cover is never in question.

About Health and Safety

At Pristine (NW) Ltd we will not undertake any cleaning task without health and safety in mind. Its not because we have to, its because we want to! Keeping the work place safe is our highest priority, we will never let your or our health and safety come into question in order to ‘get the job done’.

It is our policy that if it can’t be done safely then it can’t be done at all.

Before any work is started one of our managers will visit your workplace and carry out a full health and safety review, a risk assessment and a method statement will be drawn up,  in order for us to carry out all work in a safe and proper manner.

• All COSHH regulations will be adhered to and data safety sheets supplied for all our cleaning chemicals/products used.   A colour coded system is always used helping avoid any cross contamination of cleaning equipment.
  Blue for general areas.
  Red for toilets and bin stores.

About Employees

All employees carry photo id are fully vetted and fully insured. Some cleaning companies, have been known in a way to reduce cost, to cut corners with employees and carry out practices that are both illegal and immoral cheating the benefits system and other hard working tax payers!  At Pristine (NW) Ltd we do not, at any time offer casual/cash in hand work.  All are employees are tax and national insurance payers and we welcome any welfare/social security checks at any time.

About Quality Assurance/ Policy’s

At Pristine (NW) Ltd we have a quality assurance in place, we have a team of supervisors who regularly check all work carried out, using rigid quality guidelinesset out by both our company directors and relevant standards agencies, we are members of the Federation of Window Cleaners and are working with 'UK ISO' to achieve the ISO 9001 standards accreditation.

Environmental Policy

All our chemicals and cleaning products are fully biodegradable and all employees are trained to carry out there duties with the environment in mind.
